The Role
As an Account Executive, you'll work at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and the creator economy, one of the fastest-growing sectors in modern business. You'll own the full sales journey, from first conversation to closed deal, talking to marketing leaders and brand decision-makers, getting under the skin of their real challenges, and showing them how smarter influencer marketing can genuinely move the needle for their business.
This isn't a script-and-pitch role. We want someone who listens more than they talk, asks better questions than most, and connects dots between what a client actually needs and what we can build for them. Every conversation is a puzzle, and you'll enjoy solving it.
What You'll Do
Lead sales conversations in English, discovery calls, demos, proposals, negotiations
Build and own your pipeline through smart outreach, networking, and referrals
Go deep on client context before every meeting, their business, their market, their real pain points
Collaborate with the team to craft tailored solutions, not off-the-shelf decks
Keep your pipeline sharp and follow-ups tighter, managed in HubSpot
Help shape how we sell as we scale, your input genuinely matters here
What We're Looking For
3-5 years in sales, business development, or a client-facing role, ideally in tech, SaaS, digital marketing, or media
Genuinely curious, you ask open questions and actually listen to the answers
Solution-oriented by default: you don't hit a wall, you find the door
Strong instinct for reading people and adapting your approach mid-conversation
Fluent in English, written and spoken
