Marketing for us is a growth engine and this role sits right in the middle of it.
You’ll plan and execute campaigns across the funnel, improve automations, support paid initiatives, and collaborate closely with Design and RevOps to increase performance at every stage. From webinars and remarketing flows to platform activations and new channel experiments, you’ll constantly test, refine, and improve.
This isn’t about managing one channel or running isolated tasks. You’ll help shape and own how our marketing system works as a whole, connecting campaigns, automation, landing pages, and pipeline impact.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys ownership, works comfortably in tools like HubSpot, and thinks beyond individual activities. You won’t just execute, you’ll connect the dots and turn ideas into structured, measurable growth.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with growth goals
Develop campaign concepts from idea to launch, including messaging and channel mix
Coordinate across Content, Design, and RevOps to bring campaigns to life
Ensure campaigns are structured, measurable, and performance-driven
Identify and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities
Support paid media initiatives (PPC, retargeting, platform campaigns)
Work with external partners or internal teams to improve channel performance
Explore and activate auxiliary platforms (e.g., G2 and similar marketplaces)
Build and optimize email automations and nurture flows in HubSpot
Improve lead nurturing, activation, and remarketing sequences
Support segmentation and personalization initiatives
Continuously optimize lifecycle touchpoints to improve conversion
Collaborate with Design on landing pages and campaign pages
Contribute to messaging structure and conversion-focused layouts
Analyze performance data to improve conversion rates
Suggest and implement A/B testing initiatives
Conduct market and competitor research
Identify new positioning angles and messaging opportunities
Stay on top of emerging marketing trends and growth tactics
Turn insights into structured experiments and campaigns
3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (campaigns, automations, reporting)
Experience planning and executing performance-driven campaigns
Solid understanding of PPC and paid acquisition fundamentals
Experience working on email marketing and lifecycle campaigns
Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally
Experience in B2B SaaS
Familiarity with review platforms like G2
Experience running webinars or event-based campaigns
Basic understanding of attribution models
Experience working in a scaling startup environment
High ownership and direct impact on acquisition, activation, and pipeline growth
