Who We Are

Hypefy is an influencer marketing platform — one of the largest and fastest-growing marketing channels in the world right now. Brands are shifting budgets into creator-led campaigns, and we help them do it better: a proprietary platform that automates the heavy lifting, combined with hands-on campaign delivery across multiple markets.

The Role

This is a senior leadership role with two mandates.

First, you'll lead delivery of special projects — high-touch, agency-like engagements that go beyond our standard platform campaigns and need custom scoping, creative coordination, and senior client management.

Second, you'll lead campaign operations — the day-to-day machine that takes a campaign from brief to live to reported, plus the support function that keeps clients and influencers unblocked. You'll own delivery quality, speed, and client outcomes across the board.

 

This is a role for someone who builds process, not just follows it, and who can hold both the strategic and the scrappy at the same time.

 

What You'll Do

Special projects

  • Own end-to-end delivery of bespoke client engagements — scoping, timelines, staffing, execution

  • Act as senior point of contact for key clients, translating their goals into deliverables

  • Coordinate across influencer, creative, and ops functions to ship work that wouldn't fit a standard template

  • Set up repeatable playbooks so successful special projects can scale

Campaign operations

  • Lead the campaign ops team running the full lifecycle: influencer sourcing, client approvals, outreach, content collection, publishing, and reporting

  • Own the support function (including Zendesk) for client and influencer queries — response times, quality, and escalation paths

  • Improve operational throughput: turnaround times, outreach acceptance rates, list approval rates, on-time delivery

  • Build the dashboards, SLAs, and processes that make delivery predictable and measurable

  • Partner with the product team: surface delivery pain points, give structured feedback, influence the roadmap

 

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in delivery, operations, account management, or project management — in influencer marketing, a consulting firm, agency, or marketing/SaaS environment

  • Proven experience leading a team and owning outcomes, not just tasks

  • Strong client-facing skills; comfortable being the senior voice in the room on complex, bespoke projects

  • Operationally rigorous — you think in processes, SLAs, and metrics, and you fix bottlenecks

  • Fluent in influencer/creator marketing — knows what a good influencer list looks like and can speak credibly to CPM, CPE, and engagement metrics

  • Comfortable fully remote, async, and in a fast-moving environment

  • Fluent English; additional languages a plus

 

Nice to have

  • Background in a Big4 marketing/customer practice (Deloitte Digital, Accenture Song, PwC, EY, KPMG) — especially if you've since moved into an agency, platform, or in-house role

  • Experience turning a chaotic delivery function into repeatable process

  • Familiarity with ops/support tooling: Zendesk, project management platforms, analytics
