This role sits at the intersection of design, marketing, and performance.
You’ll work closely with Marketing to develop ad creatives built for experimentation not just single concepts, but structured variations designed for A/B testing and iteration. You’ll analyze what works, refine what doesn’t, and continuously improve performance.
Beyond ads, you’ll design landing pages and website sections with a strong CRO mindset. That means structuring information clearly, understanding user behavior, and guiding visitors toward action. From case studies to key website pages, your work will directly influence how we convert interest into revenue.
This is not a pure brand design role. It’s for someone who enjoys experimentation, understands B2B psychology, and wants measurable impact from their work.
Design high-performing ad creatives for paid channels (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, etc.)
Develop multiple variations for A/B testing and continuous experimentation
Translate messaging into clear, compelling, conversion-focused visuals
Collaborate with Marketing to iterate based on performance data
Balance creativity with measurable results
Design landing pages optimized for conversion
Apply CRO principles to structure, layout, and visual hierarchy
Collaborate on messaging and user flow to improve conversion rates
Continuously test and refine page elements based on performance insights
Ensure consistency between ad creative and landing experience
Design and improve website pages with a performance mindset
Create structured, compelling case study layouts
Develop visuals that communicate credibility and trust
Maintain design consistency across marketing touchpoints
Support occasional additional creative needs (presentations, sales materials, documentation visuals)
3+ years experience in performance-focused design or growth design
Strong experience designing paid ad creatives at scale
Proven understanding of A/B testing and iterative experimentation
Experience designing conversion-focused landing pages
Strong sense of layout, hierarchy, and B2B communication
Ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes
Experience in B2B SaaS
Familiarity with CRO frameworks
Experience collaborating closely with performance marketers
Basic understanding of analytics tools and performance metrics
Motion design skills (bonus, not required)
