Revenue growth doesn’t just happen — it needs structure, clean data, clear processes, and strong collaboration between teams.
As our Revenue Operations Specialist, you’ll be the person making sure everything behind the scenes actually works. From improving pipeline visibility to optimizing handovers between Marketing and Sales, you’ll help us scale in a smart and predictable way.
This role is hands-on and operational, but it also gives you space to grow into more strategic revenue topics over time. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with Sales to improve how we generate, track, and convert revenue.

Own and optimize the revenue tech stack (CRM, automation, integrations)
Maintain clean data architecture and lifecycle stage consistency
Improve system integrations across marketing and sales tools
Document and standardize revenue processes
Monitor pipeline health, stage velocity, and conversion rates
Identify bottlenecks and drop-offs across the funnel
Build weekly and monthly revenue reporting frameworks
Support revenue forecasting accuracy
Improve lead routing, scoring, and qualification processes
Optimize Marketing–Sales handoffs
Increase sales productivity through automation and better visibility
Support segmentation and territory initiatives when relevant
Build performance dashboards for quota and pipeline tracking
Provide actionable insights to Sales leadership
Ensure structured processes and data integrity across the funnel
2–4 years experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops
Strong CRM experience (HubSpot preferred but not mandatory)
Experience analyzing pipeline and revenue performance
Strong analytical mindset and comfort with revenue data
Experience working closely with Sales teams
Detail-oriented and process-driven
Experience in B2B SaaS
Familiarity with attribution modeling
Exposure to forecasting and revenue modeling
Basic SQL or BI tool knowledge
Experience evaluating GTM tools
High ownership and real impact on revenue growth in a fast-scaling company
