As our SEO & Growth Specialist, you’ll take ownership of improving and evolving our organic presence. That includes strengthening our technical SEO foundation, optimizing content performance, and collaborating with Design and Marketing to improve conversion from organic traffic.
You’ll work across traditional SEO fundamentals while actively exploring newer dynamics like AI-driven overviews and generative engine optimization. You’ll test new strategies, analyze results, and continuously refine how we capture and convert search demand.
This role is ideal for someone technically strong, comfortable working across teams, and motivated by experimentation. You won’t just optimize pages you’ll help shape how organic growth supports pipeline and revenue.
Improve site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and technical health
Conduct technical audits and prioritize implementation improvements
Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices
Optimize site performance, Core Web Vitals, and technical UX signals
Develop strategies to improve visibility in AI-generated results and search overviews
Optimize content structure for evolving search behaviors
Identify opportunities in generative search environments
Monitor shifts in search trends and adapt strategy accordingly
Partner closely with Content to improve search-driven topics and structure
Optimize existing content for performance and intent alignment
Support internal linking and topical authority strategies
Ensure content aligns with both SEO and conversion goals
Analyze organic traffic behavior and identify conversion bottlenecks
Collaborate on landing page improvements with Design and Growth
Support A/B testing initiatives for organic landing pages
Connect SEO efforts to measurable business outcomes
3–5 years of experience in SEO with strong technical knowledge
Proven experience working on technical SEO improvements
Understanding of site architecture, indexing, and performance optimization
Experience collaborating with designers and developers
Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data
Familiarity with evolving search trends including AI-driven results
Understanding of CRO principles and conversion-focused optimization
Proactive, experimental mindset
Experience in B2B SaaS
Familiarity with structured data and schema implementation
Experience working with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4, etc.)
Experience aligning SEO efforts with revenue metrics
Experience working in a scaling startup environment
